Job Summary

As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth store operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating the cash register, scanning items, and processing customer transactions
• Making change, cashing checks, and issuing receipts or tickets
• Taking inventory and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Stocking shelves, counters, and displays with new or transferred items
• Setting up advertising signs and creating attractive product displays
• Maintaining cleanliness in display cases, shelves, aisles, windows, and restrooms
• Assisting customers by transporting packages to vehicles when necessary
• Sorting and repacking ingredients in the repack room
• Demonstrating behavior aligned with McKee Foods’ values, policies, and safety practices
• Practicing good personal hygiene and ensuring a clean work area

Required Qualifications

• Strong commitment to McKee Foods’ values, ethics, and objectives.
• High school diploma or GE
• At least three months of related experience and/or training
• A solid overall work and safety record

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience
• Knowledge of Little Debbie products
• Experience with finished product and ingredient handling
