Pay

$22.79 – $23.91 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Plus $1.00 / hr shift premium for 2nd shift hours

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Load Team Member w/LTO to join our Shipping team . A Load Team Member w/LTO loads cases of product to fill distributor orders; operates components of shipping automation; loads and unloads transferred product; maintains a clean and orderly work area, keeps waste to a minimum; and performs other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a McKee Foods LTO license and maintain it
• Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks and functions as needed
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
• Basic math skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management, coworkers, and customers
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to repetitively lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify cause and effect
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
• Good work ethic, safety practices, and attendance; adherence to company policies, personal safety, food safety, product purity, and departmental procedures
• Steel-toed safety shoes required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist in training and development of others
• Availability to work additional hours and days as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Shipping experience
• Previous LTO experience
• Mechanical aptitude and skills
